With the world becoming increasingly mobile all the time, it seems to make sense in finding ways to take advantage of the medium’s growing popularity. Many new opportunities arise, but how can we put them into practice and leverage the power of this seemingly small device?
The mobile is a powerful channel and means for nurturing developing, nurturing and strengthening relations- internally as well as externally. Here are some basic notions of the constituencies that brings the power: most people carry the mobile with them wherever they go, it is personal, it enables interaction, it is fast- quick responses are possible, it enables situation based targeting, it is multimodal which improves usability, it is measurable and cost efficient.
